kisora is an 18+ AI companion chat service. We collect only what we need to run and improve kisora: your chat messages and AI replies; chat titles, timestamps, and anonymous user ID; cookies/local browser storage used to keep your session and draft message; usage, device, and error data when analytics is enabled; and anything you send us by email.

We use this information to provide chats, remember history for your anonymous session, generate AI and voice responses, enforce limits, improve reliability and safety, and respond to support requests.

We share information only with service providers that help operate kisora, such as hosting/database, AI generation, text-to-speech, analytics, and security/error monitoring providers. We do not sell your personal information or use your chats for third-party advertising.

You control what you share. Please do not send secrets or highly sensitive information. You can clear your browser cookies/local storage, and you can contact hellokisora@gmail.com to request access or deletion. Because kisora uses anonymous sessions, clearing your cookie may make it harder to identify your chats.

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, safety, legal reasons, or deletion requests. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.

kisora is not for anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
