By using kisora, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use kisora.

kisora provides an AI companion for conversation, entertainment, and general emotional support. kisora is not a human, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or crisis service. Do not rely on kisora for professional advice or urgent help. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

You are responsible for what you type and how you use the service. Do not use kisora to break the law, harm others, harass anyone, create sexual content involving minors, exploit private information, or interfere with the service.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not suited to your situation. Use your judgment and verify important information.

You keep your rights to the messages you send. You allow kisora and its service providers to process your messages, generated replies, and related data as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. kisora’s name, design, software, and content belong to kisora or its licensors.

We may limit, suspend, delete, change, or discontinue any part of kisora at any time, including to protect users or operate the service.

kisora is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, kisora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill.
